 Allison joined the KLBK news team in June 2008 as a general assignment reporter. Born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, Allison is a lifelong Ohio State Buckeye fan! (Although she's learning to appreciate Big 12 football, and of course those Red Raiders!) Allison got her start in television and radio at WOUB AM/FM/TV, while also wearing many hats in the Athens MidDay newsroom in Athens, Ohio. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Ohio University's E.W. Scripps School of Journalism, where she majored in Broadcast Journalism and specialized in Political Science and Business. Allison admits she'll always have a special place in her heart for Athens, Ohio and the wonderful people she met there.
Although she misses her friends and family very much, Allison enjoys living in the Lone Star State and definitely won't miss Ohio winters. In her spare time, she enjoys relaxing by the pool, live music, road trips and spending Saturday's in the fall, cheering on the BUCKEYES!
