Reported by: Joe Griffin Thursday, Sep 13, 2007 @06:16pm CDT Two days after challenging the suspect in the Kay harrelson murder and Peggy Merimon disappearance, bounty hunter Gary Pringle says the suspect has not come forward to take a polygraph. "We will continue to put the pressure on this individual until he comes forward and makes a statement as to his involvement in this situation," said Pringle. The suspect is believed to be the same person who was last with Harrelson and Merimon when they disappeared August of last year from the Lubbock State School. Pringle said his efforts have turned up new information. "Since we had the last news conference," said Pringle, "we've had calls from friends and family members who are now assisting us in trying to get to the bottom of this matter." Pringle said the new contacts have brought forward clues to where the remains of Peggy Merimon may be. The body of Kay Harrelson was found several days after being reported missing. Pringle said new clues are being kept quiet at this time until investigators can analyze the claims. |
