Chicken Salad Pita Pocket
- 1 large celery stalk
- 2oz cooked chicken strips
- 1 Tbsp. raisins
- 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise, egg-free, low-fat or nonfat
- 1 mini (4 inch) pita pocket
Rinse and chop celery; chop chicken strips and mix with celery and raisins and mayonnaise until well blended. Serve in pita pocket. Makes 1 serving.
