On Friday, Mayor David Miller will become former Mayor David Miller.  He was handily defeated by Tom Martin in last weeks election and will vacate his office Friday morning when Martin is sworn in.  Miller spent Thursday packing his office and saying goodbye to city staff.  The outgoing mayor says he's proud of his two years in office and looks forward to private life.  He took the chance on Thursday to weigh in on the F.B.I. investigation at city hall.  "All I want is for the whole truth to come out.  I want the citizens to know what happened and for justice to be served."
