Shallowater Man Pleads Guilty to Child Porn

42-year-old Ruben Cuellar pleaded guilty to one count of Transportation of Child Pornography.
The Lubbock Police conducted an undercover operation, found child pornography on Cuellar's computer using file sharing software, and downloaded it.

Officers arrested him in March of this year. He faces a maximum sentence of 20 years in federal prison. A judge will lay down that sentence after a pre-sentencing report.
