Lubbock High Falls to Canyon 48-21

Lubbock High jumped out to a 14-0 lead over Canyon at Kimbrough Stadium tonight before falling by a final of 48-21.
Things started off well for Lubbock High this evening as Charles Keller took the kickoff back 55 yards.
Later in the first, with The Westerners up 7-0 Layven Alminderez went deep to Joel Rivera for the first down, setting up this Armendariz to Bam Jackson for the touchdown. Lubbock high lead 14-nothing.
Lubbock High would go back on top 21-14 before Canyon scored 34 un-answered points, to hand the Westerners their 1st loss of the season by a final of 48-21.
