Darrin Moore was suspended from the red raider football team. Moore was arrested in April for driving while intoxicated.

Coach Tommy Tuberville said, "He has to earn his way onto the team. I'll sit down with his (position) coach and (offensive coordinator) Neal Brown and we'll talk about the situation and what he did and what it merits in terms of what else he's got to do. We'll talk about that tomorrow and he's known that all along that we'd talk after the last practice."

And that he did. Darrin Moore proved himself during camp as well as the week of practice leading up to his 2012 season debut. he finished the game with 72 yards and 2 touchdowns.
