Estacado Falls To Abilene Wylie 40-18

Estacado getting some tough news this week with the tough loss of Robert Johnson, taking on Abilene Wylie. Wylie's first offensive play of the game, quarterback Taylor Grant hands the ball to tailback Garrett Martin who gains 13 yards and gets the Bulldogs into matador territory.

Later in the drive, Grant again gets the ball to Martin but the Estacado defense shows their strength tackling Martin for a 6-yard loss. On the very next play the Bulldogs are looking to gain back the lost yardage Martin again makes it look easy with a first down.

To wrap up the drive Grant and Martin continue to dominate this time with a 34-yard touchdown pass. Wylie goes up 6-0 and the 3rd ranked Bulldogs take this one 40-18.
