Monterey Routs Caprock In A Shootout 75-61

Now to a couple teams also coming off their first losses of the season last week, Monterey and Caprock.

On Caprock's 1st drive of the game Michael Guerroro went up top to Christopher Carillo he beat everyone into the endzone 6-0, Longhorns.

The Plainsman would answer with big number 23 Travon Benton up the gut, pounds his way in 7-6, Monterey.

Monterey next possesion they went deep, Jacob Bartholomae to Jon Fay, making it 14-6.

But, Back came the rock Addison Bustos after torching Estacado a few weeks ago, he got inside the 5 that led to another score 17-12 Monterey still in front and this one was a shootout as Monterey won 75-61.
