TO ALL TENANTS:
We encouraged all of you to handle complaints yourselves. If you cannot handle it you are free to call the police to help you with your dispute. When you call the police be prepared that the dispute is not over a petty manner otherwise you are wasting the policemen's time that can be use somewhere else to save lives. If you keep calling the police for very little reason keep in mind that when we need to in a emergency they might not come on time since they are tired from taking a call and going to our complex for very little reason. Be mindful on what you will call the police for assistance.
Please MIND YOUR OWN BUSINESS!!! STOP creating trouble for your neighbors. We are here to make sure that this complex is peaceful however when you call us please make sure that what you are reporting is not over little thing like you cannot sleep because your neighbor is taking a shower. They have the right to do so! If you do not want to hear any noise and cannot tolerate noise or any commotion we suggest that you find a place in the jungle.
We have the right to terminate our lease to anyone that is causing trouble for us and for our tenants.
Sincerely,
C. Santa Ana
