Halloween Spending to Reach Record-Breaking Number in 2012

More consumers are throwing parties and buying small-ticket items like candy and decorations.
And with more to spend in the budget this year, folks will buy all ready made costumes at the stores instead of doing it themselves.
Halloween spending was at its lowest level in 2009 when it dropped 18.5% from 2008 down to $5 billion.
