For the past three years, 21-year-old Eric Simpson has carved more than 150 pumpkins for his families business, At'l Do Farms.
Kids and their families can take a hayride out to pumpkin hallow to see the intricate designs like Bob Marley, the Three Stooges and even Elvis.
Eric uses Styrofoam pumpkins instead of the real thing to preserve them through the years.
A senior at Texas Tech, Eric said his studio art major has helped him in carving the extremely detailed designs that can take up to two hours to complete.
Although he has spent many summer nights carving, he said he enjoys helping out with his family's farm.
The hayride to Pumpkin Hallow is open Friday-Sunday starting at dark.
