Developing news in the case of missing Colorado City teen Hailey Dunn as a sister received a letter from a woman behind bars saying she knows what happened.

"Renee basically confessed to being a part of the disappearance of Hailey Dunn," said Hope Harrell.

She said after receiving a letter from her sister Sonjia Renee Callahan , who's behind bars in Odessa, facing drug charges, she didn't know what to think.

"She said she could not sleep, and then she said that since she has been off the drugs she was able to tell me," said Harrell.

Able to tell her she had witnessed what happened to a 15 year old girl two years ago.

"She has been holding it in, and it was eating her alive, but since she was on dope, she did not have a conscience, you know."

In this letter Callahan tells Hope her time had been reduced because of useful information she shared with the FBI.

In the letter she never mentions Hailey Dunn's name, but tells Hope to watch the news and she would soon see what it was all about.

"It's like a big black cloud hanging over me."

After reading the letter, Hope learned Sonjia tried to help Hailey while she was being held writing quote " I tried to help," her get out of there but she continued saying it was impossible because there were 5 men holding Hailey hostage and they gave the teen quote "dope."                The letter says quote "Her body here Odessa."

Hope said she shared the letter with her other sister Mialinda Martin

"There are things in this letter that are really disturbing and we need to get something done about it, and she goes, "Well what is it?"

Just like Hope, Mialinda could not believe what she was reading.

"It makes me sad, it makes me sick."

Now you'll remember just last week Hailey's mother Billy Dunn hired an investigator out of Houston, because she said she believed her daughter was still alive.

"I think we're close, I think we're going to get her back, I think everybody is finally getting it together. I think the case was screwed up from the beginning when they called her a runaway and then they got stuck on Shawn and wouldn't look at anybody else," said Billy, "And the whole time I told them you're letting somebody get away with my daughter."
