Lubbock High Shuts Out San Angelo Lakeview

The Lubbock High Westerners trying to keep pace in District 4-4A as they host a struggling San Angelo Lakeview team.

Starting from the top, in the first Lubbock High already up 7-0 and the Westerners going for it on fourth down and QB Layven Armendarez connects with Cory Schovanel for the first down. That will set up a touchdown run by Brandon Hernandez later in the drive, 14-0  Lubbock High.

In the second, Lakeview ball but quarterback Alan Moreno fumbles the snap and Lubbock High jumps on it and that will set up a 22-yard field goal by Ryan Rodriguez to put Lubbock High up 17-0.

Lubbock High with the shutout over Lakeview 33-0.
