Permian ends Coronado's season with 49-24 win

The Coronado Mustangs closing out a
very tough season tonight at home against Odessa Permian Panthers with a 49-24
loss.

First drive of the game Jack Wilkins
takes care of business on his own, putting the Panthers on top 7-0 early on.
On the ensuing mustang drive, a
senior making something happen on senior night as Joey Alexander, is good from
49, And Coronado was within 4.
Then in the 2nd, Jorrion
Wilson in the Wild Panther, takes the snap and does the rest... Into the end
zone 14-3 Permian...
But then back came Coronado, Greg Hewitt faked the speed option that got everybody And leaves Isaiah Tates was in the clear. He went down the sidelines into the end zone, And made it a little closer at 14-10.
But Permian took care of business to get into the playoffs winning it 49-24.
