39-year-old Ramon Torres Hernandez was convicted, with two other people, for the killing of Rosa Maria Rosado, 11 years ago.
It happened at a San Antonio bus-stop. During he drive-by robbery, Rosado refused to give up her purse, so they grabbed her and pulled her into the car. Hernandez was the driver.
Last month, the U.S. Supreme Court refused to review his case.
He will be the 14th person executed in Texas this year.
