Glasheen Hired to Represent Some Midland Victims

"Kevin Glasheen and Bob Pottroff have been hired to represent some of the victims of the November 15th train wreck in Midland, Texas.

Kevin Glasheen is with Glasheen, Valles & Inderman, LLP with offices in Odessa, Lubbock, El Paso and Albuquerque. Glasheen has handled numerous railroad crossing accidents and has two of the largest jury verdicts including a $65 million verdict and a $46 million jury verdict for railroad crossings in Texas.

In July, Glasheen obtained one of the largest jury verdicts in Midland County for a personal injury case $6 million for the case of Hartlove vs Butts Recycling in District Court in Midland, Texas.

Bob Pottroff is recognized as the nation's leading railroad crossing accident and train accident
attorney. Pottroff practices out of offices in Manhattan, Kansas and throughout the United States.

Kevin Glasheen and Bob Pottroff have teamed up to represent some of the victims and will be
holding a press conference in front of the Midland County Courthouse Monday morning at 11AM.
