Chris Walker and The Red Raiders Stomp Grambling State Tigers (91-56)

The Texas Tech Red Raiders Basketball
team ran their record to 3-0 with a 91-56 win on Tuesday night.
The Red Raiders, are a high flying
bunch this year scoring at least 89 in their first 2 games.
That would continue here as right
off the bat, Trency Jackson knocked down the 3 pointer, Tech starting out fast.
Later in the first, its Jackson ahead to Daylen Robinson
and Jaye Crockett cleans up with the slam dunk, Tech by 3 again.
Grambling would try and keep things
close with the three ball, but that would be short lived.
Then we saw exactly what coach Walker
is trying top instill in this team, as they create a turnover and push it ahead
to Tolbert who finishes with the dunk. Tech went up 9, Tolbert would finish
with 14 points and 8 rebounds.
Then Crockett again, with the
defensive pressure, And the monster throw down, Putting tech up by 19. Crockett
would log a double-double in the first half, And finish with 17 points and 14
rebounds.
And then for good measure, before
the end of the half, Tency Jackson threw one down to end the half.
Tech lead it 43-21 at the half and they improve to 3-0 with the big 91-56 win.
