Shallowater Upset By Monohans

The playoffs are heating up in the area round and we'll kick things off with the Shallowater Mustangs taking on Monahans in Andrews tonight.
First quarter, Monahans on the move
Zack Navarro tosses it out to JR Morales, he takes it all the way to the
Shallowater 30 yard line. But later in the drive, Freddy Garcia coughs it up
and Shallowater recovers and they would take advantage.
On the ensuing drive Jarek Black cuts to the outside and is finally brought down at the one yard line. Conner fields punches it into make it 7-0 mustangs.
But the Lobos would respond, Haason Walker fakes the handoff and takes off for 67 yards. We're tied at 7. Monahans stuns 7th ranked Shallowater 21-7.
