Lubbock Lawyer Files Lawsuit for Victims of Midland Train Tragedy

Lubbock attorney Kevin Glasheen has filed a lawsuit in against Union Pacific Railroad and Smith Industries after the November 15th train wreck in Midland.

He says initially the case was filed on behalf of two plaintiffs for procedural purposes but he says he represents other injured veterans and their wives and plans to add others to the lawsuit.
