It was a tough weekend for the Red Raider basketball team falling to Arizona and suffering their first loss of the season but they had a chance to get a win going into their break for finals.

Tonight Northern Kentucky looks for their first win of the season.

Tied at 7 early, good ball movement by the Norse, Eshaunte Jones hits the corner 3, 10-7 Northern Kentucky. But the Red Raiders battle back on the break, Daylon Robinson to Jaye Crockett and he jams it home, Tech up 4.

Tech stretches the lead in the second half with more from Crockett, pull-up bank shot and its 58-38 at that point.

But Northern Kentucky showing some fight, Nate Snodgrass lining up the 3-ball, it's good and the Norse now within 10.

They made it tight but the Red Raiders hang on winning 75-69.
