Christmas Snow Has Crews Working on Roads

By: Newsroom
Updated: December 25, 2012
From City of Lubbock:
As we do anytime there is a chance of weather that will affect road conditions, the City of Lubbock had someone in the Street Department monitoring road conditions overnight.  Early this morning, road crews were called out and we had six trucks working on city streets.  The City uses either salt or magnesium chloride on roads, depending on if the road is asphalt or concrete.
