Kenneth Wall and Patrick Corbin have both been charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, inflicting serious bodily injury and are being held in the Lubbock County jail, each on a $100,000 bond.
The arrest warrant said the men shot Austin Voss with a shotgun.
Voss was then driven away by two of his friends, who police say were intoxicated at the time.
According to the police report, Voss' two friends stopped at a nearby 7/11 convenience store to get snacks on the way to the hospital, which is when someone inside called for help.
Police have said Voss is in critical condition at UMC.
