Lady Mustangs Tested, But Beat Midland

Now to the high school ranks where the Lady Mustangs of Coronado continued to roll along, as they stand at 25-1 on the season and have climbed to number 6 in the state.

The ladies were down in the Chaparral Center taking on the Midland High Lady Bulldogs.

In the first, Bailey Wipff hit from the top of the key to make it a 5-2, Lady Mustangs.

Abigail hopper follows that with the jumper, as Coronado was starting to pull away.

But Midland would hang in there, as Aubrie Elliot made it a two point game, But in the end it was too much Coronado tonight, as Lizzy Dimba hit the corner three, as they win it 48-32 to stay perfect in district.
