Lubbock Shooting Victim and Suspect Dead

Police responded to a shooting around 4:45 this afternoon on the 4300 block of 60th St.
At least 10 shots were reportedly fired.
Initial reports indicate the victim was shot near the driveway of a residence on 60th.
Police are blocking off 60th St while they investigate.
The suspect, driving a blue Dodge car, led police to the parking lot of Christ the King Cathedral where he later died. Details as to how the suspect died have not been released.
The victim has been taken by EMS to a hospital where he later died.
