In November 2012, 23 year old Jeena Roberts pleaded guilty to intoxicated manslaughter and intoxicated assault.

In October 2010, Roberts, then 21 year old, was driving and hit a car with 54 Linda Smaltz.  Roberts car flipped the other car, sending Smaltz from the car and killing her instantly.

According to Police, Roberts had been drinking on a school field trip earlier that day.

After pleading guilty in November 2012, the judge said Roberts did not have to report to jail until January 7th 2013.  She did not show up on Monday to jail.

Then on Tuesday, the District Attorney's office then went to the Grand Jury and indicted Roberts on a charge of Bail Jumping.  This is a 3rd degree felony charge, and could result in Roberts having another 2 to 10 years of jail time.

Roberts is already scheduled to serve 15 years for the intoxicated manslaughter charge.
