Alright Red Raider fans coach Kingsbury is still working hard on completing his coaching staff. Today he made a new addition to that staff.

Mike Jinks is heading to West Texas to coach running backs. Jinks, 40, has been a hot commodity in coaching circles after quickly turning Steele, which opened in 2005, into a state powerhouse. The Knights won the 2010 class 5A division II State Championship and lost in the State Finals in 2011. He has a 43-4 record over the past three seasons. Jinks has an overall record of 79-25. So just like Kingsbury, Jinks is considered to be a rising star.
