Big Weekend For The Track & Field Team

Big weekend for the Texas Tech Track & Field team as eight Texas Tech Track and Field athletes and two relay squads appear among the top-20 of the National Indoor Qualifying List. Now two record holders that highlighted the weekend was Kennedy Kithuka and Katie Grimes who both dominated their top-five marks, Kithuka in the 3,000-meter run and Grimes in the 60-meter hurdles. The team will be back in action and ready to compete at the Tyson Invitational Feb. 8-9.
