Wednesday a busy day here on the South Plains as Kliff Kingsbury is signing his first class as the head coach of the Texas Tech football program.

It has been a furious month of recruiting for Kingsbury and his coaches trying to hold onto some of the commitments coach Tuberville had accumulated.

But Kingsbury and his band of young coaches have come in and signed 23 kids to be Red Raiders.

It has been an absolute whirlwind the last few weeks but it has come to an end and Coach Kingsbury is excited for this new class.
