Friends of the Library holds Half Price Book Sale in Lubbock

When books are donated to the Mahon Public library any that aren't put on the shelves are given to the Friends of the Library to sell.

The annual Half Price Book Sale in February has hardback books for 50 cents and paperback books for 25 cents. Newer books are sold for half off an already discounted price.

The Half Price Book Sale also has DVD's, CD's, art, and other items for sale.

The Half Price Book Sale is in the Mahon Library basement Friday February 8th and Saturday February 9th from 9 am to 5 pm.

All proceeds from the sale will go to Mahon Library programs.
