Texas Tech Men's Tennis Sweeps Doubleheader

They say there's no place like home and that is definitely true for the Texas Tech men's tennis team. Tech is riding a 13-match home winning streak and after losing the last three matches on the road, the 27th ranked Red Raiders are looking to right the ship hosting a double-header today.

First up Wichita State, doubles team Vitor Manzini and Gabriel Diaz match point, the return to Diaz and he puts it away to win 8-6.

Over on Court 6, Wanderley and Zambon and another match point, Wanderley with the return and Wichita State can't handle it, Tech gets another 8-6 victory.

Now to singles, Gabriel Diaz in the second set for match point, he gets him to hit out and takes the win 7-6, 6-4.

Felipe Soares for the match, his serve is too strong and he wins in three as the men take down Wichita State 6-1.

The Red Raiders swept Lamar later in the afternoon, 7-0.
