The South Plains Lady Texans came into their game against New Mexico Junior College on a two-game losing streak.
But that ended.
Alexius Dawn made a driving lay-up in the first half to extend SPCs lead to three.
New Mexico hung tough though, with a bucket from Brianna Jones.
Stephanie Moore answered for the Lady Texans with a make off of a pump fake, as South Plains went on to win it, 76-61.
