A local Boy Scout Troop is asking for your help to find their trailer after it was stolen. Over the weekend, Boy Scout Troop #140 had their trailer taken from their meeting place.

It was locked up at the First Church of Nazarene. Not only was the trailer stolen, some very valuable equipment in the trailer is gone now, too. Inside the trailer was almost every piece of equipment the troop needs to go on campouts. Things like chuck boxes, tents, cookware and lanterns were inside the trailer. And without this gear, they will not be able to continue their outdoor program. The troops funds are limited and they say it will take a long time to replace all of the gear that was stolen. The troop says they are devestated by this loss and they just want their gear back, even if the trailer isn't returned with it.

"Without this gear we can't go camping- pretty much where all the boys earn all their leadership skills is on the campouts and without that stuff we can't go.  That's everything we need to survive.  We're not so much worried about the trailer, you know, keep it, we just want our stuff back," Scout Master Steven Morton says. If you know anything about the trailer, the troop asks you to call police.
