Lady Raiders Win Over UT, Extra Special

It was a very special day yesterday as the Lady Raiders as they welcomed back the 1993 National Championship team, while sweeping away the Lady Longhorns for the first time since 2006.

The sweep against Texas improved the ladies record to 19-7 overall and 9-5 in the conference. They are now tied for 2nd place in the conference with Iowa State. But to win like they did yesterday in front of that championship team, it meant a little something extra to these players and coaches.
