Russia Blames West Texas Parent For Death Of Adopted Boy

Russian officials are blaming inhuman treatment for the death of a boy in West Texas, adopted from Russia.
Ector County officials are still investigating the "suspicious" death of 3-year-old Max Shatto to see if Max was abused before his death in January.
Autopsy results are still pending.
Russia recently banned all Americans from adopting Russian children, citing cases where Russian children were abused or died.
