Lubbock City Council To Participate In Town Hall Meeting Today

Lubbock City Council will participate in a special town hall meeting today.

It's at the Texas Tech International Cultural Center.

The meeting begins at 8:30 a.m. and will be hosted by Senator Robert Duncan and State Representatives John Frullo and Charles Perry.
