Experience boosts Lady Raiders

The Lady Raiders are coming off a big, 69-62, win over Texas. And as a result, Texas Tech got some extra practice time this week with their conference bye happening. The bonus time in the gym was allocated toward preparing for a trip to Kansas, a team the Lady Raiders beat at home in January.
Tech has been solid on the road in Big 12 play, winning over half of their games. That may be a product of over 60 percent of the playing time being chewed up by senior starters, Casey Morris, Monique Smalls, Christine Hyde and Chynna Brown.
