LCU Claims McMurry In 3-Game Series

The LCU Chaps held the rubber match in a three-game series with McMurry this afternoon. The Chaps dropped game one Saturday but came back to claim the second one.

LCU up 5-2 in the bottom of the 5^th, when Bret Kauten took one deep to right center and it was gone, 6-2 LCU.

Chaps kept it coming in the inning, Joel Lutz to right, that would bring around another guy, 7-2.

Then Jason Fisch got a nice hit, singling to right and Lutz scores 8-2 and the run rule will grant LCU the "W" 12-2, as the Chaps improve to 11-4 on the season.
