I-27 Opened To Traffic, Motorists Urged To Use Caution

The Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) has reopened I-27, from Lubbock to Amarillo, to traffic.
Areas of the corridor remain snow-packed and icy but the roadway is passable and motorists are urged to drive with caution.

TxDOT maintenance crews will continue to plow snow and ice off the all area roadways, including I-27, throughout the day.
