Tonight on senior night for the Lady Raider they spent some time trying to end their career at Tech on a high note and send few stud athletes out with a bang. As well as clinch the 3rd seed in the big 12 tournament.

But it would be a tough test against the team right on their heels in Oklahoma.

Right out of the gate, a senior making an impact as Christine Hyde caps tech's 5-0 run to start the game.

Now OU, down three, when Morgan Hook drains the three, and ou ties it at 13 all.

OU up by four now, but its Hyde again on the fast break. Cutting the lead to 2.

Later in the first, all of the seniors coming out tonight though as Mary Bokenkamp drills the three to tie it at 24.

Tech trailed 29-28 at the half.

Now late in the 2nd half. Its Hyde again this time from distance, and the three ball has the Lady Raiders within one.

Very next possession 1,000 point scorer Casey Morris adds 3 more, and tech is up by two.

But Oklahoma playing long ball of their own Aaryn Ellenberger, drills it and they are back up by one.

Under a minute now, Morgan Hook gets all the way to the basketball and lays it in to put ou back on top at 72-71.

One last chance for Texas Tech. And its no good, and OU would seal it from the line.

Lady Raiders fall on senior night 77-73 becoming the 4th seed in the big 12 NCAA tournament. However, coach Curry still very proud of her seniors, and what they've done.
