More than 200 of Covenant Hospital's medical staff gathered in a special meeting Thursday night.

An official vote passed 2 to 1 that sent a clear message to the administration that there is no confidence in the administrative process amongst the medical staff.

The medical staff also released an official resolution stating they have no meaningful representation in the decision making and strategy formation involving patient care issues.

Melinda Clark, the president and CEO of Covenant, said she is glad to hear from the staff about their concerns.

Despite the hard hit on administration, both sides feel a positive resolution can come about.
