A Lubbock man is charged with capital murder in a five-year-old murder case, and police say new information on the weapon used in the crime led them right to the suspect. 26-year-old Johnny Taylor is already serving time for aggravated assault and now he's accused of killing 70-year-old Hulen Benson back in December, 2003. Police say Taylor walked into Benson's home, armed with a gun and killed him. Autopsy results show Benson suffered a puncture wound to the mouth and throat area.  He wasn't shot. Taylor could face the death penalty in this case.
