Chief Meteorologist Nikki-Dee Ray joined the KLBK Storm Track Center as Morning Meteorologist in May of 2010. She comes to West Texas from her hometown of Huntsville, Alabama.
Nikki-Dee graduated from Mississippi State University with a B.S. degree in Atmospheric Sciences, as well as a minor in Broadcasting. Ironically, she attended Auburn University before transferring to Mississippi State, where she cheered on the Auburn Tigers under Tommy Tuberville. While in college, Nikki-Dee interned at WHNT-TV in Huntsville under Meteorologists' James-Paul Dice and Dan Satterfield.
Nikki-Dee's passion for weather began as a young child. She even was a 'Kid Caster' at the station she interned at in college. Nikki-Dee's love with the ever-changing weather is contagious!
She feels extremely blessed to have such supportive parents and family.
You can catch your "Ray of SunShine" weekday nights at 5, 6, & 10pm on KLBK with Chief Meteorologist Nikki-Dee Ray!
