Thieves ransack a Lubbock woman's home while the poor woman was at the doctor for Chemo-therapy treatment.

Rachel Benites says her chemo session lasted about three hours Monday afternoon.  But when she returned to her East Lubbock home, everything of value was gone, including her stove, microwave, air conditioner, heater, and her disability check...all taken by the thieves.  Now, Rachel says she has nothing left and nowhere to turn.

"I was just in shock, it was like I'm one of them.  You see it happen to other people and think it won't ever happen to yourself and then when it does....oh my gosh."

Benites has set up a burgalry fund if you'd like to donate to help her out.  You can go to any City Bank location and it is under her daughter's name Amanda Williams.
