Texas Attorney General Notified about City Hall Controversy

Lawyers for Head of Lubbock Animal Services Kevin Overstreet said a letter is being drafted asking the Texas AG's Office to do a criminal investigaiton into retaliatory actions and charter violations by Lubbock officials.
Several City of Lubbock employees have said they have been retaliated against due to their involvement with federal and state investigaitons into the AAG/City of Lubbock Scandal and public corruption.
Mayor Tom Martin and Councilman John Leonard have been the focus of the accusations. Martin has denied any such tactics.
