No May Bond Election

The opinions were split three to three with Mayor Tom Martin giving the final opinion and decision.
All the council members agreed that 34th Street needs to be repaired, but felt it was too risky to ask the tax payers to chip in more money during the uncertain economic times.
Mayor Martin said he feels more comfortable with a November bond election and would like to get a citizens advisory committee for opinions.
