Analog TV Shutdown Notice

 This is an "Analog Television Shut-down Notice" for KAMC-TV, Lubbock, Texas and KLBK-TV, Lubbock, Texas.
KAMC-TV and KLBK-TV will end analog broadcasting at midnight on Tuesday, February 17th, 2009.  To continue watching KAMC and KLBK programming after that date, you will need to take one of the following steps now in order to receive the KAMC and KLBK digital signals.





  1. You can either purchase a new digital television capable of receiving digital signals...or

  2. You can subscribe to a cable or DISH satellite provider...or

  3. You can purchase and install a digital converter box on your current analog set.  Digital converter boxes are available at most electronic retailers including Radio Lab, located at 4902 50th in Lubbock.  For information on the converter box coupon program, call 888-388-2009 or visit www.dtv2009.gov.


By taking any of the three steps mentioned above, you will be prepared to receive the KAMC-TV and KLBK-TV digital signals.
