The South Plains Food Bank has devoting time and labor to clearing out products with tainted peanut ingredients for several weeks.
Administrators for SP Food Bank say they are finding the products in food donated by private citizens.
SP Food Bank is encouraging people to check any products with peanut ingredients before donating.
The food bank will continue to screen products until the salmonella scare is clear.
