TTU/Leach Negotiations Flood Local Radio Shows with Calls

            The Leach-Tech negotiations have been keeping local sports radio talk shows extremely busy. Folks don't seem to want to talk about anything else. 
              KAMC 28 visited the KKAM studio on Wednesday to sit in on the Williams and Hyatt Sports Radio Show.  Some people called in to support Coach Leach, others said they couldn't wait to see him go, and then there were some callers who weren't sure what they want when it comes to Leach and Texas Tech.  Ryan Hyatt of the Williams and Hyatt show says he's convinced the only logical explanation for Leach deciding not to sign the contract extension is that Leach simply doesn't want to coach at Texas Tech anymore.  
             Along with all the public discussion on this hot topic, the TTU Board of Regents have called a special meeting for Friday to discuss the future of TTU football.  We'll of course keep you updated on any further negotiations between the university and Coach Leach.
