Leonard Incident: 911 Call

 A taped recording of the December 911 call made during the beating of Councilman John Leonard reveals new details into the incident.

The call made by Leonard's girlfriend, Jessica Harris, reveals that the three men accused of the beating insinuated Leonard used physical force on Harris' daughter.

Leonard denied the allegation and said that what ever they saw and interpreted was used for the soul purpose of starting a fight. He also said Harris' daughter spoke ot police and indicated that no such force was used.

The three men escaped aggravated assault charges when a grand jury ruled "no bill" on the case.

What transpired during the grand jury is sealed and confidential.
